New Update with Ticket Info:

I have made tickets to sell to cover overhead cost for the Beer, shitters, camping costs, and sound system for the bands. People traveling with the bands that are not playing, must pay 15$ to cover their camping costs (guestlist ticket) 1 guest per a performing person. The regular tickets will cost 30$ (presale, limited to 108) for the whole weekend.40$ at the door. Performers are free as long as they are on the list

here is the lineup, obviously this is tentative and will most likely run a little slower / faster depending on the sets themselves. Please keep this in mind.

the stage is fairly large and should be able to accommodate four acts at once( one performing, one tearing down, two on deck setting up) such as so that as the act performing is in action, the act that just played is moving gear, bodies, etc. to the back stage. As the act that is on next is moving their gear from back to front and so on and so on…..so everyone needs to be getting ready to play 4-5 acts before they are to perform, so you have enough time to prepare. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT IN HELPING THE WEEKEND RUN SMOOTH. RESPECT THE OTHER ARTISTS BY SETTING UP AND TEARING DOWN FAST SO EVERYBODY HAS FAIR TIME TO PERFORM THEIR SET

the stage is 24ftx24ft, sectioned into two parts, front and back. back stage is 8ftx16ft, front stage 24ftx16ft. it is important to please try to stay away from the backstage unless you are about to be performing!

there will be a pretty good sized PA system and some help running the system over the weekend. we will be using DI boxes and (a limited amount) of microphones. feel free to bring your own amps, PA cabs or whatever as well. just dont forget the QUICK set up and tear down!

please remember everyone needs to be getting ready to play 4-5 acts before they are to perform, so you have enough time to prepare

please email me back with total number of travelers in each party, band members and non-band members, I need to make the guestlist, and keep track of how many people in the bands that I am covering. thanks a lot everyone for your participation in this over the top production, I am super stoked and know all of you are as well, can’t wait to hang!!!
